These two little dogs keep me busy but they are so cute when they get tired and sleepy. They just keep getting closer as the night goes on. While I was trying to get a picture, I disturbed Cooper and he moved a bit but Oscar was out. I'm so surprised at how much Oscar puts up with from Cooper. Oscar is NOT a patient boy but he seems very tolerant, especially when he's tired ...
Progress on Faith, Hope, Peace & Love
I'm not sure if it's the colors, the four small squares, the sentiment or what but I want to sit and stitch on this piece until it's finished! You can see that I've started the border on the next square. I had thread on my needle that was for the border so I finished off that piece of thread. There are two birds of some kind in that wreath at the top left, then a couple of doo-dads, fill in ...
A Quick Garden Update
Yesterday I was out working in the garden and took a few pictures to share. I have seven 4' x 8' raised beds and four 4' x 4' raised beds. The garlic is doing so good this year. Even though we've had some cold weather, we've had a very early and very warm spring so I'm hoping that means my garlic will be ready earlier than normal. Last year I had one 4 x 8 raised bed of garlic. This year I ...

I've been noticing the cutest little stitched "calendar" sitting behind her and I've almost written and asked her about it. Last night it was late and I was scrolling through YouTube and saw that Sarah had posted a ...
Using Microgreens
Some folks had asked how I used microgreens. It's pretty much the same way as you would use sprouts but since the Microgreens grow in some kind of medium, and they are cut, you don't end up with seeds. For breakfast yesterday we had omelettes. The front bowl is mixed Microgreens. It was basil, peas, and broccoli. Directly behind the bowl of Microgreens is morel mushrooms. There's asparagus ...
Hello, Mom!
Yesterday evening I was cross stitching and Cooper popped his head between the frame and the linen like h was thinking . . can't you stop stitching and play with me? He's the cutest little guy. He's getting close to being 9 months old and he's still an energetic puppy but he's a sweet, snuggly boy. He's going to be such a good dog once he calms down a bit. I love his personality. He and ...
