For anyone who may be a new reader here, we are doing a year long mystery that began in January and will finish in December and the name of it is Tell it to the Stars. Here’s a link to the main blurb or there’s a Tell it to the Stars button on the right you can click on. This is the second year Vicki Welsh and I have done a “collaboration”. Last year we did Back to Square One – a medallion mystery. You can see some of the finished tops here.
This year, we’re doing Tell it to the Stars and I’ve pretty much totally forgotten to post the Monday night questions that we were going to answer in a journal. Sometimes I have the hardest time remembering the things I should remember!
There’s still time to get in on this project if you feel like making the blocks to get caught up. It’s going to be a beauty!
Up through July, we’ve been making 12″ blocks for the Tell it to the Stars mystery. I’ll admit .. it’s been a little boring just making blocks but beginning with the August instructions, we will no longer be making regular, 12″ square blocks. The top will begin taking on a new life and I think you’ll be quite pleased.

The August instructions will not get you quite this far but since they will be so different from what we’ve been doing, I figured I’d better give a little advance warning.
