A while back I had posted a recipe for Blake’s Biscuits. They are the best and easiest “homemade” biscuits I’ve ever made.
But, laziness is taking over and I bought these biscuits in MO last time I was here.
Really, I bought them because I was here by myself that trip and knew I wouldn’t make biscuits just for me. It’s so easy to take one or two out, pop them in the little countertop oven, in 15 minutes I have a hot biscuit with no mess. Sometimes when I’m by myself, I’m happy with a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
This is something I’ll always have in my freezer from now on.
Even though they’re Walmart brand, these are the best!
The insides are so tender and yummy. The tops gets just a little crunchy in the small oven (I’ve never tried them in the big oven).

I find my air fryer works great too.

Sounds like a good biscuit tip. You’re such an inspiration — inspiring me to buy frozen biscuits and a countertop oven and … I love the oven after only a couple days of use (got the Kitchenaide that Sam’s has).

Now I need to buy biscuits! If you like sausage on your breakfast/lunch/dinner biscuit, grab a bag of frozen patties in the blue bag when you are at WM.

I’ll have to do that! Thanks!

I always buy the grands with butter in them. They are delicious! No mess, no fuss and with parchment paper in the bottom of the pan, easy clean up!
