This diet continues to be so amazingly easy and satisfying.
Vince grilled a steak last night and we split it. I couldn’t even eat but about 2/3 of my half. I always make a sauce with cream and blue cheese for my steak. We also had steamed asparagus in the new to me steamer (which you already knew!), fixed collard greens, Vince grilled poblano peppers and we had leftover guacamole.
As you can see, it was an amazing meal. Almost every night, Vince says “We surely couldn’t buy a meal like this around here.” He did the grilling so he did most of the work but it was a simple meal to fix. There’s leftover asparagus for a quiche that I will fix for brunch tomorrow or Monday.
