Last night’s fried fish and Dr. Pepper cost me! I gained .8 pounds but I did good today. I got in right at 8000 steps (7500 is the suggestion). We ate healthy all day – 1 egg, half a piece of toast and 2 small slices of buckboard bacon for breakfast. I’ve already told you that we had miso soup for lunch and that’s what I heated up for dinner. Vince heated up the leftover chicken with spaghetti squash.
My total loss is 9.2 pounds. Wish I hadn’t had that Dr. Pepper! 🙂
That’s it . . week 1 is done.
Beginning next week, I’m going to do one report – on Saturday, and it will summarize how my week has gone.

9 lbs in a week is great. In my diet experience and heaven knows I’ve had a lot – don’t remember how many times I started Weight Watchers – if you’re craving something and don’t have it you end up eating a bunch of other not so good stuff that doesn’t satisfy the craving and gets you in more trouble. So pat yourself on the back and get on track for another good week.

Love hearing about your progress. Just makes we jealous though! I have a terrible time loosing weight, but even slow and steady eventually works!
