Another week that included some sewing! My friend has finished her deer top, which I calculated to use 7 yards. She had purchased and used 1 yard so I’m counting 6 yards as used from my stash.
Fabric Used this Week: 6 yards
Fabric Used year to Date: 17 yards
Fabric Added this Week: 0 yards
Fabric Added Year to Date: 0 yards
Net Fabric for 2017: 17 yards used
On the knitting front, nothing was finished but there was a little addition. Back in November or maybe even October of last year, I signed up for The Loopy Ewe‘s Warm Woolies three month subscription. The January installment arrived this week. It includes a Swedish dish cloth and a gorgeous skein of yarn, which is 696 yards. I’m counting it as 700 yards to keep the numbers not so crazy.
Yarn Used (or removed) this Week: 0 yards
Yarn Used year to Date: 2,655 yards
Yarn Added this Week: 700 yards
Yarn Added Year to Date: 700 yards
Net Yarn for 2017: 1,955 yards

Glad you got back to quilting some. Hope that gets to continue. But I don’t know…ha. Just read and looked at all those trees that need planting outside in your last post. LOL.

I don’t keep track of what I’ve used but I know I’ve used some since I’ve been finishing up UFOs. And there are more to finish up. Glad to see your numbers are moving!!

You’re doing so well! I’m trying but not doing as well as you. LOL It takes some real dedication to not buy deals when I see them.

Maybe I should get a friend over here to start quilting, then I could get through my stash as quick as you Judy!!

Good stash management on both fronts this week.

0 yards added this week, .5 yards used. Gives me a ytd total used of (8.5) yards. I need some finishes to get that number into the black. I am going to a quilt retreat next weekend and I hope I can control my buying!!
