Nothing to show . . the pillow cases are still on my design wall. I took only a few minutes to sew this past week. Hopefully I’ll do better this week.
Inspire me! Shame me .. anything to get me back in the sewing room. Please share what’s on your wall.

I love the check mark to see which blogs I’ve already visited. Thanks for that. Hum, how to motivate someone who is in the doldrums. I suggest forcing yourself to spend 15 minutes working on something in the studio, anything. Even if it is only sewing a few units. Sometimes starting small will spark the desire to see something finished. Give it a try.

Hmmm, having been in the same situation I don’t think there’s anything anyone could do or say to shame you, motivate or inspire you to sew something. Just like quitting smoking or losing weight, I think it’s all in your own mindset or motivation. But you will one of these days. I’ve only recently started again simply because my stash needs to be culled big time!!

Are we starting another sew-along? I think it’d be fun to do another medallion style like Back to Square one. I seem to have lost my sewing mojo too, so I know what you mean.

Start small – actually go into your studio. Make yourself stay there for 15 minutes – even if you’re not sewing. Looking forward to your next DWM post.

Since I’m not a knitter I would love to see more quilting posts. I love your designs and you are making me appreciate tone on tone fabrics so the blocks take center stage instead of the fabric pattern.
Maybe you could teach Boots how to use the machine while you cut and you’d make fast progress! I’d like to see pics of that happening!!!(lol) You seem to have lost your mojo when Boots took over the sewing room so he needs to help you get it back.
love, love your blog. How’s Speck doing? haven’t read much about him lately.

I’m with you, I did less sewing last week than I had hoped but life happens. I would love to share my design wall today cause the project I have on it is really neat but it’s a stinking birthday gift so I can’t spoil the surprise! Maybe I’ll remember to drop it in a post after it’s gifted. Looks like there’s plenty of inspiration from the rest of the crowd this week to kickstart your creativity!

Where are you? I need my daily fix of “Judy and Vince and all the animals and ranch and knitting and quilting and cooking”! I hope everything is okay!
Anne says
Yup, getting worried, nothing for several days, that’s not like you.
You’ve either lost your internet connection for some reason, or you are on your way or have arrived at your son’s home.
Or something horrid has happened, and we don’t like that option.
Please check in as soon as you can, your fans miss you!!

Hope it is just internet connection is down. I keep checking to see if she has posted yet. Patchwork times is so habit forming that I am starting to get with draws from not getting my fix. LOL I just hope that everything is okay. We are thinking of you Judy!!!!!!!
