I do not refrigerate it. Not sure if I should or not. Here, I keep it in the cool basement but in Texas, I left it out on the counter. Not saying that’s right – just how I’ve done it.
I buy the separate bags of fruit from nuts.com. The figs were chopped but I had to chop the cherries, cranberries and apricots, and remove the seeds and chop the dates.
