Yesterday I had a bit more stitching time than normal. We had a bit of rain – not much, but there’s more predicted, so I didn’t take time to water the garden.
The house is all done and ready for the fill in. I stitched more leaves along the lower border and have started stitching some of the flowers. Maybe today I can finish that bottom row of flowers and work on the letters.

your fabric choice is beautiful! I’ve been off the blogging circuit for quite some time, so admittedly so, your project is new to me, and quite LOVELY! Is that a linen?

Yes, it’s linen. Thank you!

You must be so happy to have raised such a caring, kind son. It was worth the struggle of the teen years! I love seeing your garden, stitching and of course, the little boys! My granddaughter brought home an orange tabby kitten and she follows me around like a puppy. I keep telling her I’m not her mom but she doesn’t seem to believe me, Ha!
Have a good day,

I am very happy with Chad and you’re right, as bad as the teen years were, it passed quickly, or so it seems now, and he’s such a great guy! Isn’t it funny how you probably would never have gone out and got a cat and now she’s such a part of your life?
