Last night I just wasn’t getting excited about the piece I chose for Addie’s Thanksgiving pillow. I like it but it used A LOT of different flosses, included a variegated silk .. which I didn’t have and wasn’t going to order. I kept looking and found this “Let’s Give Thanks” which was free. I wasn’t so interested in it being free as I was finding a pdf that I could download immediately and get started.
Addie is still at the age where she likes cute little pictures so she’ll like this one better anyway.
Got it onto floss drops. That takes a little time but it’s so much easier to use those and then once I’m done with this project, I’ll put them all back in numerical order on rings and they’ll be ready the next time I need them.
I have a scrap of 32 count linen I’m using. It’s a tight fit but it will be fine since I’m making it into a pillow and only need seam allowances.
The needle will be flying to get this done and fully finished on Tuesday before Thanksgiving!

Those are such vibrant colors, so different from most Thanksgiving/Fall things, with that pop of bright green. Perfect for a young girl.

I thought so too and it’s so easy and should be quick.

That is so sweet, I am sure Addie will love it. You are having such fun with Addie. Ours Grandchildren
are now having their own. In 2020 we had two girls added and in 2021 we had a little boy. We have nine Great Grandchildren. I am loving it!
Judy,I enjoy you so much. We like the same things. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Hugs!
