For anyone who doesn’t know, Jeremy and Angie are the folks we bought the house from. If you haven’t read the dog food story, you need to read that before reading this one.
It doesn’t matter what happens at this house, when I tell Vince about it, he says “Call Jeremy!” It’s never anything wrong with the house and honestly, we’ve had the house over 8 months. It’s our problem now.
This morning Vince said “I sent Jeremy a text!” I said NO! You didn’t! Please stop doing that. Then he told me what he had sent him. I had taken most of the English Muffins to Jeremy’s wife yesterday. Here’s the text convo between Vince and Jeremy this morning.
Vince: There’s something wrong with this picture. I’m eating dog food and you have homemade English Muffins.
Jeremy: (Attached a photo of his muffin covered in peach jam) Do you mean THESE English Muffins with peach jam from your trees in Texas?
I was cracking up when Vince told me that. Jeremy always has a quick witted comeback.

That is hilarious! Of course once Vince is in Missouri he can be eating homemade English muffins with peach jam…that should be encouragement to hurry up! LOL

Sounds like good friends!! When Vince gets to MO be sure that those two don’t gang up on you!! It sounds like those two could be practical jokers times two!!!

Jeremy knows who sends the good food! 🙂

It sounds like you and Vince made two new friends when you decided to buy Jeremy and Angie’s house! Congratulations!
Andrea in MO says
Too funny! I don’t think you could have found nicer people to buy a house from.

I don’t think so either. I feel kinda bad because I think they feel like we’re old enough that we need someone close to look after us and I know they didn’t plan on being responsible for two old people when they sold their house.
