Mine didn’t turn out exactly right but it’s my fault. The pattern recommended felting by hand. Not happening. They said you could do it in a top load washer, agitate in hot water for a few minutes, stop the process . . no top load washer so I thought about waiting til I’m in MO where I do have a top load washer. I figured I’d just stick them in the front load, let it “wash” for a few minutes and stop it but then . . I went outside and totally forgot about it.
The fringe all felted together and looks kinda evil.
The important thing is . . they’re done, they’ll qualify for the badge and they’re warm. The funny thing is that I saw a couple of other pairs that looked like mine and I kinda liked them . . but I like the regular fringe too.
Next time, I’ll do what the instructions say . . maybe.

I’m a pragmatist. If they work as intended, that’s good enough for me. =)
