How did my time here pass so quickly? Three weeks have flown by. It’s been fun but come Saturday morning, it’s time top pack it all up and head home. The next scheduled trip is February but January and February trips almost never happen as scheduled because of weather concerns.
Today was dress crazy today – crazy socks, crazy hair . . I couldn’t believe she insisted on brushing her hair this morning. Every single morning getting her hair combed has been a struggle. Today we didn’t have to brush the hair and she wanted to do it. Typical, huh?
She has on a dress, then some pink jeans under the dress. She started to wear tights and then decided jeans would be more crazy, then she has her crazy socks all pushed down but they actually come way over her knees if she pulls them up. One crazy little pony tail off to the side. I think it’s kinda cute and it keeps those shorter strands of hair out of her eyes.
I’m going to miss her so much but . . life goes on in Texas.

One thing you can count on with kids is their ability to surprise you. Just when you think you got them pegged, they totally change course on ya.

She needs to have the book “Stephanie’s Ponytail” by Robert Munsch! She looks adorable, anything but crazy, though it will qualify, I’m sure. Why are they doing all these things this week? It really does seem like these last few days are speeding by!
