Nicole is gone for a couple of days. Chad is working during the day. Addie is at school. I’m home alone. It kinda seems like old times for a little while each day.
This morning I was going to Walmart after I dropped Addie at school. My plan was to run to Subway or the taco place in town for lunch but then . . I thought . . I’ll just grab some frozen dinners and I won’t have to leave home.
Today’s meal choice:

This one was really good! It tasted a heck of lot better than some of the things I get at restaurants for a lot more money!
Lunch
The goat cheese was not overpowering but I could taste it. The basil tasted very fresh! I’ll be back on my diet soon so this will be off limits but it was good . . while it lasted! 🙂
