Dinner is ready. Chad won’t be home for another half hour. I had a few minutes to sit and knit so I grabbed the bag with Soli de Gloria. Even though I had a ton of beads, I brought one bag and they aren’t showing up at all.
Start of a New Shawl
Normally, I’d bring 10 bags of beads and I was trying to conserve space and I brought one bag and it isn’t working so I ripped back. The beads actually show up much better in the photo than they do in real life. No need to put that much work into something that isn’t going to show up. That project will have to wait til I get home and can grab a different bag of beads. Briefly, I thought of ordering more beads . . still may happen but for now, I’m going to work on my pink socks.

These should be able to be finished in a day or so . . if I have much knitting time at all.

No bead store in town, eh? No Hobby Lobby or JoAnn’s? I’d be buying them, too, probably, but you also want to get the pink socks finished, so that’s a good substitute. =)
