My friend, Sheryl, told me about Ketologie.
She shared this recipe for pancakes that use the vanilla shake mix. Ketologie has several diet aids here. I got the vanilla shake mix (which is used in the pancakes) and the Blueberry ketones + probiotics. I haven’t tasted the vanilla shake mix but the blueberry mix is quite good! It kinda reminds me of a sweet tart .. it is a bit sour but sweet. You mix one scoop with 1 cup of cold water. I used ice water and the powder. It’s one of those things I’ll limit myself to having once every few days but I could certainly drink several of these a day! I’m not . . but I could.
This is the syrup I’lluse. It has one net carb! I’ve tasted it already and it isn’t bad. It’s sweetened with monk fruit. Something to look forward to – breakfast on Wednesday!

LOL, isn’t it typical that as we get older we can enjoy looking forward to breakfast! I’m trying not to think about food obsessively, but sometimes it seems I just go from one meal to anticipating the next!
