These rolls are so easy and forgiving. I really don’t measure exactly so please do what looks right to you and maybe not exactly what I say.
When making them, I made each ball of dough about 65 grams and got 11 good sized rolls. Eleven rolls fit well in my pie pan but you can make them smaller and use a 9″ x 9″ pan.

It all depends on the temp in your kitchen. I had the oven going so I set mine on top of the stove and they had risen in about 40 minutes. On a day when my kitchen is rather cool, it can take over an hour.
