If you’re looking for the Stash Report link up, it’s just below this post.
Today is the final day of the January, 2017 Quiltathon. Thanks to all who participated and shared, either by linking up or with comments. I hope you’ve all had fun and accomplished a whole lot! There’s a box in the right sidebar with future dates so please plan to join us again.
In the link box below, you can post your Day 4 accomplishment and/or a summary of the entire four days. I can’t believe four days are almost over!
I’ll come back and share what I’ve managed to get done. I’ll be real happy if I get 5 long cabin blocks done. That will leave 5 still to be done but . . we’ll see.

Judy, I’ve been sewing away but can’t link because mine is a secret project! That said, thank you for this. I needed a retreat and plan to join you as often as a I can. Keep up the great work and inspiration. Next time, I plan to sew until dinner then knit until after dinner. I’ve added a knitting project to each of my 12 UFOs. 🙂

I did get into the sewing room yesterday for a bit and finished quilting a wall hanging and go the binding done last night so some progress was made.

I cooked breakfast, and got a few other things done – will be upstairs by 11am. This easy first Quiltathon, but it will definitely not be my last!

Another day of binding awaits! I also need to pick out fabrics for a promised, and long overdue, toddler quilt. Fun Patchwork Times ahead of me!

When I go to a retreat, I always get more done than at home. Everyone is checking out what you do and you go around and check on others. Someone will give you hints on a problem that you are having with a sewing issue. You’re wearing comfy clothes and there is always snacks around. And someone is always encouraging you to get one more block or row done. At the end, you have show and tell and say to your new and old friends “see you next time”.
This quilt-a-thon is just a digital retreat.

I participated in the quiltathon. i worked on a quilt that needs 12 more rows. I was able to make all 12 rows, but only got 3 attached to the quilt. I’m going to keep trucking on to finish my Meet in the Middle Quilt. I have 2 borders made and need to work out that, too. I got a lot accomplished for the time I had. Thanks! It was lots of fun! I’ll be here next month for sure!!

In this house, best laid plans always fail. Everyone knew I just wanted to sew all weekend. Oh well, I will have to make my own quilt-a-thon next weekend.

Thanks for the great quiltathon weekend. I linked the first two days, but I’m still trying to finish up the last of my machine quilting right now. There was too much snow here to go anywhere so I just hid out in my quilt room all weekend.
