The other day, we found catfish on sale at the grocery store. We bought it and I didn’t have a clue what I was going to do with it. I had no intention of frying fish so I decided to grill it. I had a few shrimp that I had not fried the day before so I decided to grill the fish and chicken and while I was grilling, I threw on some of my good Louisiana sausage.

A little potato salad and mixed veggies, and it was a great dinner.

There’s no place in town I’d rather eat than at our house!

That all looks so yummy! On a side note, I found “Slap Yo Mama” at our local Walmart today! First time seeing it in our area.

I agree! We “had” to eat out with friends two nights in a row, and I couldn’t wait to cook tonight!
