It will be no surprise that most of my time is spent outside these days and little knitting got done. I took it with me on our trip yesterday but the roads, while not rough, were not really smooth enough for lots of through the back loop knitting, so I only got a few rows done.

Even with the tediousness (is that a word?) of the knitting, I so love knitting this cardigan.

I think the word is tedium rather than tediousness, but I’ve been there when knitting, so call it what you will. However, that is a drop-dead good-looking sweater start. Love it. I finally got to join a knitting group with a “leader.” Hoping I can move ahead from knitting straight flat scarves to something more advanced, maybe a top-down sweater? I know I can advance, I just can’t do it on my own. So a group it is. It definitely was not tedious to knit together.
