A couple of projects in the works and a couple ready to start . .
The first is the Booga Bag and what little knitting I’ve done this week has been on this project. I will knit probably 10 more rounds, then bind off and felt it. I even got 6′ of icord done for the “handles”.
Next is the cowl for Loopy Academy. I hope to finish it this weekend. The pattern is That Nice Stitch. Nicole has already finished hers and I’ve made little progress on mine.
The swatch has been done for Hitofude. This is one of the projects I hope to get done this quarter for the Yarnathon at Eat, Sleep, Knit.
Last on the agenda is a swatch for another Laura Aylor test knit. I should get the pattern today but my yarn will not be here til next week. Even then, I didn’t get a color I wanted . . everyone seems to be out of the good Pashmina colors. I ordered Grasshopper, which is a lime green, and I like it but I wanted Aura or Celadon. The swatch is done in Celadon but I only have one skein of it. Should have bought more yarn when I had the chance! 🙂

Love that nice stitch cowl. Nothing on my needles or hooks as I am back in the sewing room.

I like how the Hitofude swatch looks in twist light. If Pashmina doesn’t work for me, I’m definitely getting some twist light.

The Pashmina I’m using for the test knit seems so thin . . I’m thinking you may be able to easily get gauge with it.
