Fit for a Hero Instructions #4

Step 1:

Fabric 2 – Cut 2 – 5″ strips
Fabric 1 – Cut 3 – 2″ strips

Sew a Fabric 1 strip to both sides of the Fabric 2 strip.  Make 1-1/2 strip sets.  Press the seam allowances towards Fabric 1.

Cut these into 24 – 2″ sections.

 

Step 2:

Fabric 4 – Cut 1 – 2″ strip.
Fabric 2 – Cut 2 – 3-1/2″ strips.

Sew a Fabric 2 strip to both sides of the Fabric 4 strip. Make 1 strip set.

Cut the strip into 12 – 2″ sections.
