The checkout girl at Target wondered why I was buying so much Noosa Yoghurt! She said “Is this really good?” Good? You wouldn’t believe how good!
The tart cherry flavor is exclusive to Target stores so I stocked up. I also got mango and strawberry/rhubarb. I believe I have enough to last at least through the weekend.
Susan says
Through the weekend? LOL, you made me laugh again.

I’ve never heard of that kind of yogurt. Wonder if it’s available up here in PA. I don’t shop at Target very often, but my hubby DID get a $75 gift card for there from work… Guess I’ll have to check that out!

Let me know what you think of the tart cherry flavor and then I’ll check it out next time I get to Target (which is about an hour from us). I have enjoyed the other flavors I’ve gotten at the grocery store near us. Just curious as to prices in different areas of the country. The price here is two containers for $5. What is it there?

The tart cherry is so good but I believe I like lemon and strawberry-rhubarb better. In Joplin, I paid anywhere from $2.79 to $3.10 for 8 ounces but in Abilene, the same size was $1.99.

I saw your post about Noosa and read up on it. I even found it in Helena, MT. Tried it. WOW!! Love it. I am hooked on it too. So far I have tried Lemon, Raspberry, Blueberry and my favorite Strawberry Rhubarb. Thanks for letting everyone know about it.
JudyL says
I’m so thankful for a friend who told me about it. Glad you like it.

I can’t remember seeing it at the grocery, so I’ll have to make a run to Target. Sour cherry sounds wonderful. Sometimes I strain the whey out of the yogurt and use the remaining “cream cheese” as a topping for graham crackers or vanilla wafers. The whey can be frozen and used later to make ferminted sweetened tea, a great detoxifyer.

The Peach is really good also. I’ve stopped eating it because the amount of sugar is quite high. I think that’s why it’s so good.
JudyL says
Yes, that’s why I like it. It’s better for me than ice cream so I’ve tried eating the yogurt instead of ice cream.

Where is the like button :). I am going to have to try this, the next time I drive 1/2 hour to the next town for the nearest target.

I went to Target a couple of days ago and got a blueberry and peach but haven’t tried them yet. Will probably HAVE to eat both tomorrow since I’m leaving Mon. for Disney World!!
JudyL says
You’re doing better than I am. I’ve decided I should start taking a spoon with me so I can eat them in the car as I buy them! 🙂
Have fun at DW.

I absolutely love yogurt, when the kids were home the only way to get them to eat yogross (as they called it) was to freeze it then it was yoyum.. LOL
Now the oldest daughter who has 3 kids of her own, does the same !LOL

This is tasty stuff… my favorite is the strawberry-rhubarb. I only buy a couple at a time because I’m cutting down on both dairy and sugar. (I know… that’s no fun)
JudyL says
Since I can’t buy them locally, I have to stock up when I find them. I try to eat no more than one small container per day but it doesn’t always happen that way.

We found the Noosa yogurt in Roanoke, Va. at Walmart in organic section and at Fresh Market. Love that raspberry and mango is okay. Tried another popular brand with artificial sweetener–oh, gag me with a spoon!

WOW, I’m hooked too! Just found it at Hy-vee in my rural area! The whole family loves it. I’m now recommending it to everyone. You would think I worked for their company. Enjoy “The Show Me State”, I’m a few hours north of you.
Linda Steller says
Oooo. Tart cherries are good for aging joints, too, Judy. Not that we’re aging or anything!
Sheri says
Ohhh, I haven’t seen or tried the Cherry one yet. Off to Target!
JudyL says
It’s good but I believe lemon is still my favorite.

Next time I’m in Target, I’m going to check it out. They also have a divine imported gelato in the Archer Farms brand. I’ve had the Amaretto Cherry and if you love tart cherry treats, you will love it. I want to try the Tiramisu also. It looks wonderful.
