Once again, the link box will be at the top of the page so please don’t confuse this link with the “On the Needles” link box.
You do not have to be working on the same quilt I’m working on. If you’re working on anything as a “Quiltathon” weekend, please link up. Don’t forget that instead of adding new blog posts throughout the day related to my progress, I’ll simply update this post so if you’re interested in my progress, please refresh this post.
The pattern I’m working on is “Sing a Happy Song” and I’ve now posted it on the “Free Patterns” page but you can also find it here.
If you have a Quiltathon link to share for your Friday progress, here’s the place:
My progress for today:
7:45 a.m. – In the sewing room ready to get started. Thank goodness for a bit of rain last night and I didn’t have to water this morning!
3:00 p.m. – Quiltathon interrupted by a road trip! 🙂 Back to sewing!
5:00 p.m. – This much is done on two blocks. Time to stop and fire up the longarm for a bit of machine quilting on the Texas quilt.

ARGH no sewing yet today, Joanns is having a sale, I need backing fabric for at least 2 unfinished quilts! I’ve been to yoga, bank, Weight watchers (gained!) Tuesday Morning, and St vincent Depaul. Maybe I can sew later this evening…. Off to joanns, they have a 20% off your total purchase coupon. It’s on their smart phone cuopons or on line!

i got an unexpected sewing day today! thought i was gonna have to take hubby to the Dr’s appt this morning, but they set up transportation for him. so i used my extra bonus time sewing strips together for the quilt i’m making. had enough time to get all the strip sets sewn, pressed, and squared up today. tomorrow it’s back to sewing sawtooth stars.
