Vince loves pizza. I like it ok but I love making it – it’s easy and I hardly mess up any dishes.
This afternoon when Vince asked if we could have pizza for dinner, I almost jumped for joy! Not only is it easy to make but he loves leftover pizza for lunch and I love to “fry” the leftover pizza dough kinda like a flour tortilla.
Pizza for dinner tonight. Fried pizza dough for egg and bacon rollups for breakfast in the morning. Leftover pizza for lunch tomorrow. Pretty good, huh?

Look at the wood fired pizza/bread outdoor oven i saw on this blog.
Maybe when Vince is done with the garden fencing etc he will need a new project?

We eat a lot of pizza too, like you said it’s so easy! We’ve started making the version found in “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” so we always have some ready to go in the fridge. With four kids it helps to have a quick go to supper.

do you have a great recipe for your pizza dough?

Judy would you show/tell us how you fry that pizza dough? when I was a kid my grandmother always fried dough on Tuesdays because that was the day she baked bread. I always though I would have time to learn that from her, shes been gone 12 years and although I have located her sour cream raisin cookie I haven’t figured out fried dough…we called them dough gods..it was wonderful.

Everything you cook looks so good I can almost smell it… I’m just wondering about the Weight Watchers plan that you both signed up for, that pizza looks a little off plan? ha ha ha

I love pizza but we usually don’t eat too often because I cannot just have one slice. I have been making my own dough so now we have it more often and my DH loves leftover pizza for lunch. Thanks again for the Binding ends video – very helpful.

I actually make my pizza on low-carb tortillas. Admittedly, I’d prefer a nice crispy, crunchy pizza dough with a big of a soft center, but I figure, if I can still have the sauce and some cheese and some toppings, I’ll go with the tortilla! That looks so good.
