He didn’t get it from me! Chad spent a good bit of time Friday night ironing shirts. I think he had about 18 dress shirts that needed ironing and he ironed at least enough to take to school this week. One of his roommates has an iron and ironing board so Chad was thrilled to see that!
He gets really picky about these cuffs!
Amazing! He had a new shirt and as always, he promptly cut the buttons off the cuff, and had me add buttonholes so he can wear cuff links. I guess there was a time when I loved to get all dressed up too but it surely doesn’t happen to me these days.

Pretty impressive, I’d say. I think I’ve seen posts from you that indicate Chad is interested in politics, so it’s good he likes to dress nicely….not too many politicians (and their staff members) dress the way I dress these days…that’s for sure!!! LOL

Gotta love a man that does his own ironing! My husband won’t let me iron his shirts – I don’t meet his standards – on purpose!

what kind of school does Chad go to that he wears dress shirts – I haven’t seen a young man in a dress shirt in forever most are in jeans that are falling off and t-shirts.

I am impressed and proud of him!! A well dressed young person is not something that you see very often. How nice it would be if we all took that much care as to the way that we dress. Even some of us in the older generation could take a page from his book. :~)

It reminds me of the saying, “you only have one chance to make a good first impression”. I am sure Chad does just that. Appearances shouldn’t be everything, but you have to admit, it sure is easy on the eyes!

I don’t think Adam owns 18 dress shirts, (Heck, I don’t think he owns 8) let alone iron them. I’m impressed.
