We had hoped to work on the giraffe quilt and never got around to it. I’ll take it home and finish it there, quilt it, bind it and get it in the mail to Nicole in time for her friend’s baby shower.

Are you home already? Boy that was a fast week. Do you ever stay longer than a week? I bet they were all very sad to see you come home. Did you cry all the way? I just can’t imagine living so far form my grandbaby( age 16 now and next now yeppie).
they grow up so fast and we miss so much. But understand people have jobs and homes that make it possible to be close now days. go again very, very soon…

Actually sewed a little yesterday-felt good. Still not sure what the next steps will be with my Dad. One day at a time. So happy you are getting to spend some time with Nicole, Addie and Chad.
