My stitching plan from August 16 through the end of August was to work on Rejoice Evermore and bet the area stitched between the alphabet and the dividing line above the house. This is where I started on August 11, which was a few days early because I had reached my goal for the first half of August. It was on August 9 that Chad had his accident and then about August 10 that I decided to ...
Cute Little Frog
Last night when I went out for the last time with the dogs, there was this adorable little frog on one of the turmeric plants. Doesn't he look so sweet, with his little front "paws" tucked under his little chin? He thinks he's safe because he's the same exact color as the big leaf and and nothing is going to see him or bother him. I wanted to bring the pot and the plant and the little frog ...
Azure Standard
Some of you are familiar with Azure Standard. I was on the fence for a long time about ordering from them. When we lived in Texas, there was a drop location not quite two hours from where we were but it was an usually an evening drop and neither of us drive after dark so I never did it. Even when we got here, I hesitated for a while. Some of their items are a bit more expensive than grocery store ...

I leave the plastic on the bolts, even though it affects the quality of the photo, because that's how I know they're full bolts with nothing having been cut off. I think they're all 10 yards bolts except two are 15 yards bolts and I noted which ones have 15 yards on the photos. At this ...
Mystery Solved!
I cleaned off the boxes at the end of the sofa, opened the top one and it was full of quilts - no fabric. I then noticed the second one said "Bedding" which is what Vince wrote because he felt it was safer than writing "Quilts" with packers and movers involved. Thank you, Vince! Then I had a brief moment of panic because if I had boxes of bolts of fabric that had been in the hot, humid storage ...
Today’s Fabric Has Been Added
A few pieces of cut fabrics have been added. At the end of our sofa, we have three big boxes stacked and that's what keeps the dogs from escaping and being able to go around the baby gate and get upstairs. I didn't realize until I started going through the fabric shelves that I have no bolts of green or blue. The photo was taken when I was setting up the fabric storage closet in Texas. Today ...
