There are so many great recipes at Mediterranean Dish. I can always find something interesting to make there. When I came across this Baklava Pumpkin Pie recipe a few weeks ago, I knew I had to try it for Thanksgiving. I made it and it was very good. I will use the phyllo dough again for pies but when I make pumpkin pie again, I will use my regular pumpkin pie filling recipe, which is basically the one on the can.
It was so good!
Also, I have an oil sprayer that I can fill up and spray oil for oiling pans. Instead of brushing the dough with oil, I will spray it next time.
