The first five days of June were spent stitching on a new project, Noble Birdseed Banquet by Artful Offerings. This project is for my June Cross Stitch Camp project. Here’s how much I was able to accomplish June 1 – June 5.

There are about 12 rows left to stitch on the bird feeder. There are six more stars to stitch below the top border and the rest of the top border, both sides and the bottom border have to be stitched. The open lacy work on the birds . . on the bird, that open area is to be stitched with the brown floss. On the brown bird, that area is to be stitched with the blue floss but I really like it open and lacy looking. Thoughts??
My plan is to continue stitching different projects for five days but in order to get this project finished before the end of June, I’m going to use the first hour of my stitching time each day to work on this project.
Considering I got this much stitched in five days, I should be able to finish it by the end of June by spending an hour each day stitching on it.

Love the textural look on the birds. Who says everything needs to be stitched the same. I would like to keep that texture in mind for other pieces, hearts come to mind. Leave the birds till you’re finished, then you can decide for sure.

I like the birds just as they are. Why mess with perfection?! LOL

I like the birds open also.

I thought you had completed the birds. I agree make your decision after everything else is done.
