He Made It!

Vince made it. The old truck did just fine. I’ll have to take a picture in the daylight tomorrow. I’m not one who cares much what people think about things like what I wear or what I drive but that truck is a tad embarrassing.

I’ll have lots of blog material tomorrow but tonight . . we’re going to bed. I know Vince is totally exhausted from all the work he’s done. I’m jst tired from one crazy night of chirping just outside my door! Who sounds like a wimp? That would be me!!

The movers are supposed to be here at 10 a.m. tomorrow. I’m kinda feeling like we should set an alarm but if we sleep til 9 a.m., I’d be terribly surprised.

Thanks everyone for thinking about Vince driving the old truck on that long trip today and thank you all for keeping me company and sane when I’ve been here by myself.

I came back tonight just to check and see if Vince made it, I usually don’t check your blog after dinner. I’m so glad you posted that he made it! Strange that I’m semi-worried about someone 800 miles away that I’ve neve met.

    Sleep tight.

Oh, my; time to start your new normal. I’m very happy for you both, and hope you sleep deeply.

Also: no comment: “thank you all for keeping me company and sane when I’ve been here by myself.” (Said with love)

I am very happy for both of you. Together again. I am proud of Vince keeping the old pick up and having faith it would make it. Happy trails.
