Chewy

This is an unpaid advertisement for Chewy. No affiliation. No ad money . . but I love that company. I buy everything for Boots and Rita from them. It is so nice to have those heavy containers of kitty litter delivered right to my door!

Saturday afternoon I ordered more of the pheromone for Boots. I changed the shipping address from Texas to here but then I had to change the credit card because the one they had was the one that recently had fraudulent charges and I have a new one. As soon as I hit the button to complete the purchase, I realized that making the change caused the shipping address to go back to the Texas address. I called their number thinking I’d either be on hold forever or have to speak to someone speaking a foreign language. No! A very nice young lady who probably sounded a lot like I sound answered within a couple of rings, asked a few questions and since I had previously had orders shipped to MO, she was able to hit one button and change the shipping address. She said she’d send me another order confirmation with the correct address, which she did and the order showed as shipped, tracking number and all, yesterday morning. I should have it Tuesday.

They have everything I need for the pets. They have great customer service and super fast shipping. I love Chewy!

I LOVE Chewy’s!! I order one day and frequently it’s delivered the next day. Emmi eats a prescription dog food–if my prescription has run out Chewy’s faxes my vet and renews the prescription. So easy!

I had the same experience! Called immediately after hitting purchase, got a very nice woman who corrected my order and resent the confirmation. Refreshing!!

Yup, three cheers for Chewy. Their customer service is awesome and the pharmacy service and response is as well. I get my dog’s chemo treatment pills from them and the price is WAY lower per pill than most sources.
