A Few More Cross Stitch Charts

Yesterday I talked about my credit card having been compromised and I was happy that I didn’t “need” to be ordering anything til the new card gets here because if I use the card Vince and I share . . then there’s a whole lot of answering to do. But . . I wasn’t so lucky. I didn’t realize 123stitch doesn’t charge the card til they’re ready to ship. I had placed a fairly large fabric order on December 31 and they just got it all in and . . credit card declined. Oh, great. Then I realized there are several orders that are going to need to be paid for before the new card arrives. I told Vince there might be a couple of orders on “our” credit card, explained that I had placed them a while back but they’re just now shipping and charging. He said “ok”. I guess he still isn’t feeling that great! 🙂

This morning Vince had the solar panel people out to replace a few inverters that were slowing down . . I think one or two had stopped working completely. I had the electrician here changing out the breaker. It was funny/weird that we both had repair work being done at the same time.

Anyway . . here are few cross stitch charts I haven’t shared (or don’t think I’ve shared since they arrived) though I may have shared pictures when I ordered them. In the future, I’ll only share photos after the patterns arrive and that way I won’t be showing them twice.

First and definitely foremost right now is Ann Morison. There’s a Stitch Along happening for this one but I’m a bit behind. I ordered the DMC loss for it and it isn’t here. A very, very generous blog reader had ordered the pattern, then decided she didn’t want to stitch it so she sent me her pattern AND the fabric she had bought to do it. That was so sweet and I’m very happy to have it.

I had been wanting the Ann Webb sampler so I figured it was time to stop talking about it and do it so I ordered that. It’s a PDF so I was able to download it and get ready to start stitching . . some day.

This one below is Above All by Teresa Kogut.

This one is Snow Sampler by Country Cottage Needleworks. I’ll probably change the house to red. This one I truly can blame on Denise because she ordered it and told me about it but . . I hope she ordered it a long time before she told me because she’s already done the stitching! Good grief!

The fabric is Raw/Silver Belfast and it sparkles. Love it!

I’m going to knit a few more minutes and then I’m going to start cross stitching.

The Ann Morrison is so pretty! And I love all of Teresa Kogut’s, I have Land that I Love that I’m trying to find a good fabric for. Linen just perplexes me lol.

I think that most companies don’t charge the credit card until they have filled your order and are ready to ship. So sometimes it takes awhile for the charge to go through, and the package to ship.

Judy, have you looked at pinkernpunkinquilting.blogspot.com? Cute cross stitch and many freebies. And her decorating with the cross stitch is so cute. Looking forward to seeing your and Vince’s finished pieces.
