Tonight’s dinner was PF Chang’s Copycat Keto Lettuce Wraps. They were delicious . . and quick . . and easy!
It was served with Vince’s pickled carrots and a few grape tomatoes.
The only thing I changed was adding chopped peanuts to the top. And, I used chicken breasts instead of thighs because I had them.
Definitely something we’ll have again. It was filling enough but not heavy at all.
