Today Vince and I made three trips to town . . all three because of me. First, I wanted to make the fermented pickles and kimchi. But while we were out we grabbed lunch, went to the veggie market, went to United, then to Aldi, then to Sears, then to Tractor Supply, then to Big Lots. I wanted to get milk but we didn’t bring a cooler so I was waiting til our last stop and then forgot. We were almost home and I said “Oops . . forgot milk!” We went back to town and got milk.
Got home, realized I bought regular cabbage and not Napa Cabbage, which is what was needed for the kimchi. Back to town. United didn’t have it so we had to go to Walmart. How can United have pickling cucumbers, daikon radish and not have Napa Cabbage? Thank goodness Walmart had it.
Anyway, I don’t know what made me think about it but when we were sitting and eating, I asked Vince . . what was that series we watched about a law firm. We talked for 20 minutes . . me explaining to him this and that and him saying “Was it this?” “Was it that?” Finally, I looked it up on my phone. I don’t even remember what I put in to get the answer but it came up . . The Good Wife. Yes!
Then, on the way home, I said “What was that show about the detectives . . maybe they were on some island?” Neither of us could remember the name of it but we remembered the guy’s mother, we remembered things about places they lived. Finally, out of the clear blue, Vince said “Fiona . . the girl’s name was Fiona” so I googled “detective show Fiona” . . Burn Notice.
It doesn’t take much to entertain us!

Burn Notice was Florida as I recall. You guys are toooooo funny. I watched all of the shows. The guy wasn’t a great actor but good enough and I did love Fiona.

Thank goodness for Google and Bing … We would all be lost without them ! Yep I use it alot for many different things as well as finding out shows that used to be on TV.

We sit in front of the TV and miss half a show because we’re trying to figure out where we’ve seen one of the actors before then. One of us always winds up looking up the cast on IMDB and then looking to see what other characters that person portrayed. A little later there’s usually somebody else.
