Freeze Dried Pizza Casserole

We’re on a roll here using the freeze dried things I bought.

Addie did not like the freeze dried jello. Chad could eat it all day. Everyone loved the red hot coated apples and marshmallows. Nicole loved the cheesecake. They both want me to bring back a ton of freeze dried onions. They keep eating those like candy.

For lunch I fixed the pizza casserole.

We poured hot water over it, put the lid on it and let it sit probably 10 minutes. Anything with dried pasta seems to take a little longer to rehydrate than most things.

The liquid was all absorbed, the pasta was tender. Chad said he liked it and ate a bowl for lunch. Addie wanted some and ate a big serving serving of it. I think it’s a hit! But, it may be more like . . free food . . someone else cooked and cleaned up the mess . . therefore, I love it!  🙂

No, it’s probably more like “Hey, this is good stuff!” LOL
