As most any grandma would do, I took a ton of pictures when I was in MO and I shared about half a ton of them already but there are still some I have left to share. Each day when I stick the memory card in the computer, I scroll past all these pictures of Addie. I miss her so much but it’s nice to have the cute pictures and memories.
She went through a few weeks that she didn’t want Nicole to take her picture. I’m so glad she was past that point when I got there. In the photo below, she walked into the kitchen and wanted me to take her picture.
Then she went and got a scarecrow from the Fall decorations and wanted me to take his picture!
It’s been less than 3 weeks since I was there and I can’t wait to see her again! I need to kiss those sweet little cheeks!

What a sweetie!! My granddaughter lives nearby and I get to see her often … but on the days I don’t, I like to look at some of the thousands of pictures we have of her, because it makes me laugh! She’s a real diva and hams it up for the camera. And some of the photos are hysterical, like the time this summer she put on a purple, fleece lined hat with ear flaps while she was painting so she wouldn’t get paint in her hair. That one makes me laugh every time I see it!!

She is getting so big 🙂 Prettier with every day. I wish I could keep mine little forever. I have a teenager now. It was so funny when my son called and my grandson, in his new deep voice said “Happy Birthday Gramma” I was sorta shocked. I know it happens but my mind says slow down, not yet 🙂 When I got to see them last month I picked him up from his Mom’s and asked him “where is my little Chance and what did you do with him?” He laughed. I asked him not to grow up so fast! I asked him what he wanted to be now that he was almost grown up? He said basketball player. I asked if he had a backup plan, like an academic one. He said baseball player. We were laughing and I asked him what if he doesn’t make the team? He said football or maybe hockey!! I laughed so hard but my heart was happy thinking …yup he still is my baby, with a long way to go !!!
My grandson has a super hero name …Chance Hunter Thomas Fudge…Yes that is his last name. He is going to grow up not wanting to write the whole thing! I guess they wanted to cover all the basis???? Enjoy your granddaughter as much as you can. wish I was closer to Chance and Bryce and Andrew…but it is what it is and I spoil them as often as I can!!! Imagine that !!!

Your Addie is absolutely adorable. I, too, have a granddaughter named Addyson(5) – we call her AddyPie and I’ve called her Sweet Cheeks ever since the day she was born. She has one really cute dimple that just sets her off. We love her so, but I’m so lucky to live 45 minutes away and can watch her and her sweet brother Jackson (nearly 7) grow and change. They are such fun. I feel very blessed – they are truly the light of my life. Enjoy that sweet girl

Addie has got to be one of the most beautiful children I’ve ever seen (aside from my own grands, of course). I can’t imagine how much you must miss her!

Judy, she is precious and I would imagine Chad and Nicole will have their hands full fighting the boys off in several years!!
Thank you for sharing your sweet granddaughter.

Addy is so darn cute. Looks just like her daddy to me. Now why do you think they call them GRAND Judy? They are grand wish everyone had at least one just to see how special they are and can be. Now do you skype each day with her? That you help you stay close and not miss her so much just to see her cute little face and be able talk to her. You just want to kiss those cute little cheeks and give her hugs I know.
