Remember a while back I mentioned that due to a bit of yarn buying, I had achieved the status of Loopy Legend and along with that status came my very own colorway of yarn. That yarn is now at The Loopy Ewe. You can see and order the yarn here. I know you want one . . or two skeins! 🙂
This is the quilt I used as the inspiration for my colorway.
You know it’s going to be a beautiful skein of yarn! 🙂
Well, how cool is that! Did you order some yet? What are you going to make? I love the colours!
I did order some . . enough to make several things. Socks .. maybe a scarf. Maybe some gifts.

Gorgeous! I am going to have to place an order to get me some of that!! 🙂
We’ll all have matching socks.

Heading over there now, but shhhh! We will keep this our little secret, k? Louis is overwhelmed with my yarn stash, LOL! Congratulations!
I wouldn’t tell a soul! 🙂

I kind of shrieked “I have to get mine right now!” when I saw the picture and had to explain what I had to get. LOL Ordered! :).

We really are all going to have matching socks!
Nice! I may just have to order some too 🙂
Mel Meister says
Yep! I saw it tonight, too, and knew it had to be yours, especially with the purple and green colors. Congratulations! I will get a skein, too!

Beautiful yarn. I had no idea that purple and green was one of your favorite combinations too. Great minds must think alike. Beautiful quilt BTW.
So much so that one of the editors I used to work with would tell me right off . . please don’t use purple and green . . because I used it for everything.
Your yarn has come out beautifuly and the colour match with Road to Llano #2 is really good. Out of all the “legends” shown I like it the most (and I am not a purples lover) Cant wait to see it knitted up.
I bought the orange and black one too because that was my high school colors and I bought Chrispy’s because I like her! 🙂

Got mine as soon as I read the update and saw all the Loopy Legends added — just knew yours had to be in there somewhere. It’s lovely and it’s totally completely all your fault that I had to buy some!
Yay! The tables are turned. I caused you to buy yarn! 🙂
Love the color combinations. I see it on my yarn shelf. You’re turning me into a yarn addict!
Linda in Calif. says
Oh my! How exciting. I love the colors it will make a beautiful scarf. Did you get to pick the name too
or did Loopy Ewe?
I sent them a picture of my favorite colors to use in a quilt and they chose the rest.
Ordered my yarn when I first saw your post last night and I just went over there and checked out the other legends….may have to visit again since I’m getting close to moving up another level. It’s all your fault, lol.
Sure . . I understand how that blame game works! 🙂
oh funny! I looked at that colorway and thought – oh, that looks like Judy’s quilt!!!! So pretty!!! (the quilt and the yarn)
I love the color combinations. Vince should be so proud of you! Not many people get to be Loopy Ewe Legends. Will you be picking out a project for a knit a long with your yarn?
Julie in Tucson, Arizona says
I’ve got mine ordered also. I just love the color combination Judy. Of course, some other yarn did come with it.
That’s so crazy how that always happens, huh?
