Fox & Rabbit has/had a color of linen called Duxbury. If I’m remembering correctly, when it was first released, it was described as kinda wild. There are several pieces of Duxbury in my stash and they are all very, very different!
Duxbury is the linen I’m using on the Rose Hill Farm Sampler.

Both of these pieces are Duxbury but they are very different.

This one is one of my favorite versions but it is surely different from the other pieces of this I have. For a couple of years I’ve been trying to come up with a chart that would look nice on this.
Today while stitching with Debbie, we were talking about the Mary Bovee Sampler. We both want to stitch it. There’s a Stitch Along (SAL) going on right now and we had talked about joining that but we were both working on the Rose Hill Farm Sampler and wanted to finish it. Debbie will probably finish her Rose Hill before I do and she’s going to start Mary Bovee. I will start it as soon as I finish Rose Hill. I think we’re both going to use Duxbury.
Even though the two pieces shown are VERY different, I think this may be the first time I’ve stitched two pieces back to back using the same color linen.
If you have a chance, look at the link to the Mary Bovee chart. Even though the Duxbury I will use is kinda wild, I don’t think it’s nearly as wild as the linen used on the model. We’ll see . . I may not like it. I may start over and use something else or . . I may LOVE it! 🙂

I really like the wilder one of yours. The fabric they used on theirs overwhelms it, at least to my eye. I can barely see quite a bit of the stitching.
I can’t wait to see yours!

I agree that the fabric for the model just doesn’t do it justice. I would never have looked twice at that chart til others were talking about having seen it stitched on something different at the shop in Tulsa.
