February, 2025 is almost ready for the history books.
As far as stitching, I started and finished Hope and Love by Teresa Kogut.

Once I finished Hope & Love, I went back to working on The Lord’s Prayer by Lila’s Studio. Speaking of Lila’s Studio, I’m all for supporting local needlework shops. Believe me, I support them too much BUT . . between dealing with the mail and having to convert paper charts to pdfs, I’m really happy when I can find a PDF for the charts I’m going to stitch. I have the paper chart for The Lord’s Prayer and it isn’t difficult to make a PDF but it does take a bit of time. It was late in the evening when I was ready to start back to working on The Lord’s Prayer and I realized I had been stitching from the paper chart. I thought . . I’ll just see if Lila’s Studio has a PDF for this. She did! She has pdfs for so many of her charts on her Etsy page here. Some of her charts are big (Let Freedom Ring for one). I have the paper chart for Let Freedom Ring. I’ll gladly pay for a perfectly set up PDF and not have to make it myself, then bring it into Markup and make any changes that need to be made. The Lord’s Prayer PDF from Lila’s Studio was perfect – didn’t have to make a single change.

I hope that by the end of March, I will have the top half of this project stitched.
This is the Day by Plum Street is my “Stitching with my Friend” project. We get together once a week and we were only get together twice during February because of the snow/weather. I only work on it when I’m with Debbie so not much progress was made on that one.
March Plans:
Tomorrow, March 1, I will start The Maker and the Mender by With Thy Needle. Several friends are stitching that one with me. I would like to think I can have it done by the end of March but . . no promises.
What are your thoughts?
