This is a project I pretty much work on just one day per week – when I’m stitching with my friend, Debbie. I forgot my tablet and I much prefer to work from that than the paper copy but was thankful I had the paper copy with me.
The words are pretty much done. I still need to dot some of the I’s. I don’t even know the right way to say that but you’ll see some of the letters – “I” without a dot. I will do that the next time I have this color thread on a needle.
Yesterday Debbie and I got together. I got 533 stitches done . . which was good because we spend way too much time looking at videos and talking but that’s part of the fun of being together.
I may work on this one one more day before Debbie and I meet again. I want to be able to start filling in the bricks on the house on our next stitching day so I will try to get some of the house “framework” stitched.
Today I plan to work on Ann Morison. She is another January 1 start and she has been neglected. Since I finished My Heart My Home, technically I could start something new but I’m waiting on a friend who is going to stitch Teresa Kogut’s new piece with me and I’ll start that when she tells me she’s ready. In the meantime, I’ll focus on Ann Morison and hope to spend one more day with This Is The Day.
