I had wanted to get to the 50% done point last night and I made it!

You can see that I stitched 775 stitches yesterday. That may be the most I’ve ever done in a day. My hands are telling me that was maybe a bit too many to stitch in one day. I may not make it to 75% today but I can try.

Above is where I had left off Friday night. Below is where I stopped on Saturday night.

Even though the Markup app says I’m right at 50% done, I kinda feel like it may be a bit more than 50%. I still have the big “door” in the middle to stitch and the bottom of the heart but the bottom of the heart comes to a point and has fewer stitches. I should be able to tell more about how much is left after today’s stitching. Doesn’t matter . . I may not finish it on Monday . . it may be Tuesday. It will all be ok . . just so I finish it.

That is looking so pretty. I started filling in the heart, but we are oppposites. 🙂 I normally work everything from the bottom up (so started at the bottom of the heart) and I stopped filling in the heart to stitch in the word first so I can just fill in around it. Didn’t work on this one at all yesterday but got my Blessing Sampler finished instead.

I mostly always start at the top right. On this one, I did for sure because I’m working on a piece of linen with something else stitched at the top. You know how I’m always trying to use every square inch of a piece of linen. I act like there’s a chance I would ever run out of linen! 🙁

After seeing the pattern on both your blogs I’m going to get it! It’s really pretty. You gals are doing great. I usually start in the upper left hand corner. Hugs,
