I think I already said that my plan when I started this was just to try Vickie Clayton’s linen, stitch a bit, then go back to Love is the Key and finish it but once I got started with MH 1860, I decided . . why leave another WIP not finished so I stuck with it and when it’s finished, I’ll go back to Love is the Key and get it finished.
Here’s where I am now on MH 1860.
Thee dark spot on the left is a shadow – it was another late night photo last night.
I still have to finish the pink around the outer green border; finish the porch or whatever that pink is in front of the house, finish the house, stitch the white berries in the right basket, stitch the big green rabbit, stitch the “MH” and decide if I’m going to put two dachshund or maybe two hearts on the left side. There are some hearts on the chart that I’m not stitching where they are but maybe I will stitch them wherever I end up with space.
I started this on November 9. If I could finish it . . say by the November 20 or 21 (I know . . that’s today or tomorrow), that would be great!
Speaking of great . . my goal lately has been 300 stitches per day. I don’t always get it done but most days I do. Since there’s not really any gardening going on these days, I upped my goal to 400 stitches.
Seven days I reached my goal and three days I didn’t but look at those two days with over 800 stitches! If I added correctly, that’s an average of 428 stitches per day. I’m very pleased with that. I didn’t stitch at all Sunday. I don’t even remember why but that’s pretty unusual to have a day where I don’t stitch at all. I suppose I should be happy if my average stays above 400 but I’m going to do my best to get at least 400 stitches in each day.
