There are so many of those little slips. Yesterday afternoon I cut off as many slips as I could, leaving a bit of the potato attached. There were 32 of those. I planted those in cups and put them in the greenhouse.

There are at least that many more slips that I pulled off the potatoes and stuck in the water to grow roots. By Saturday or Sunday, they should be ready to plant in cups. I will let them grow for about a month and then they’ll be ready to be planted in the ground!
I thought I had used several different kinds of sweet potatoes but I sure saw a lot of purple potatoes. There may be only sweet potatoes but that’s ok too.
