Two Things

When I use something that I absolutely love, the first thing I think about is sharing it here so here are two things that have really impressed me recently.

First is this body cream and foot cream I bought at Ulta. Other places have it too. Ulta will ship for free with a fairly small minimum and they shipped my order Fed Ex.

I love this stuff! The foot cream comes with a file but I have something else I use. After two days of using this, my feet felt unbelievably better. I’m terrible about being barefooted and when I go outside, I have to walk across a good bit of concrete that’s a bit rough and that messes my feet up. I should do better . .

When Addie and I were shopping, we tried the body cream on our hands and by the time we left a second store, I said . . I have to go back and buy this. Then after I was home, I saw that they had the foot cream and ordered that along with a refill for the body cream. The body cream smells really good – not in a perfume or overpowering way but just smells good.

The second thing is this linen and this will only interest cross stitchers.

This is from Tropical Stitches and the color is Athos. I love all of Tropical Stitches’ linens but this one reminds of Vintage Country Mocha but feels better – has that hand dyed feeling. Not only do I love the linen colors from Tropical Stitches but her service is the best. Thursday evening – night really, I used my last piece of Athos linen and because she’s a one lady show and doesn’t always have every color available, I decided to check her website to see if she had any. She did so I ordered a half yard of it. Within less than half an hour, I got a shipping notice with a tracking order and Friday morning, the post office had it. I’ve ordered a good bit from her and that’s how it always happens – super fast.
