About all I did yesterday was stitch. We had leftovers for dinner so that was quick. I’ve been doing about 5 miles a day on the exercise bike. I totally do not like doing it and try to talk myself out of it but . . I’m going to do it every day. I need to be on the bike for 150 minutes per week so . . 22 minutes per day! I watch a youtube video on the tablet. There’s a TV on the wall but I have no idea how to work it so for 20 minutes, the tablet is fine.
Other than heating up leftovers, cleaning up the mess and the exercise bike . . I stitched.
Isn’t that just the sweetest heart motif in the center?
Here’s where I left off last night. I got 603 stitches done yesterday. My best day in a very long time. If I can keep stitching at that rate, I won’t have any trouble finishing this and being able to start a Prairie Schooler project by the 26th.

I hope that your exercise bike time becomes less of a chore! I’ve started swimming in the last 3 months and am really starting to enjoy it instead of dreading getting out of the car to go into the pool.

Everybody used to tell me that they would get an adrenaline rush from exercise…I would just get hungry and tired. Never a rush…hang in there! That is a very cute Valentine pattern!

I think of all kinds of things I’d rather be doing. When vacuuming the stairs comes up in my mind, I know I’m in trouble! 🙂
