Mini Long Dogs Progress

The outer parts of the border are almost finished.

I’m not real pleased with the way the dachshund is showing up. This is a thinner 36 count linen and one strand doesn’t seem to be giving very good coverage. I think I’m going to finish the border using one strand, then for the center of the design, switch to two strands. I’ll stitch the next dachshund with two strands and then decide if I’m going to rip out the first one and re-stitch it.
