When I finally got downstairs this evening, I read through all the comments and emails and did it! I ordered the one I wanted.
When I was upstairs making bread today, I kept looking at space on the countertop and decied where I would put it, cleaned the area and did a bit of re-arranging while the bread dough was rising. So, it didn’t take much convincing for me to order it.
Thank you all for taking the time to write.

– After watching the video and reading through the very persuasive comments, I went shopping and was ready to order one too. However, my inner voices started talking it over, and I decided not to. If I was still cooking for a family and doing big meals I would have loved to have such a machine. But now it’s just me and my husband, I’m happy to chop half an onion, or peel a few potatoes. I really do understand how much it will help you though, and I am glad for you 🙂

I doubt I will use it for every day meals unless it’s something like a stew that needs LOTS of dicing but for canning, it will make things so much faster. Good for you for listening to that inner voice. Mine seems to speak so quietly that I rarely hear it. 🙂

Proud of you! You won’t regret it, I’m sure! Your hands will thank you, too!
