I didn’t spend a lot of time rolling them into a nice, uniform log before cutting them. I’m more of a “get it done and move onto something else” kinda cook but they were delicious. I think it would be fun to serve them for a get together and have several types of dipping sauces.
I used half the dough to make pretzel bites and the other half to make pretzel rolls, which we had with our dinner. I was very pleased with this recipe.
