Not much new to report from here. Cooper and Oscar are doing great together. Chad, Nicole and Addie spent most of the afternoon here yesterday. I had cooked and we all ate together. They met Cooper and I think it was love at first sight. Addie loved playing with them both. I think they all three would have agreed to take Cooper home with them.
I did get most of my garlic planted over the weekend. I still have one 4 x 8 bed left to plant and then whatever else will have to go into grow bags. We’re finally getting a bit of cool weather but we have cool days and warm days . . definitely not much normal Fall weather.
As you might imagine, there’s been very little cross stitching the past few days. It’s hard to believe We picked Cooper up on Friday and it’s already Monday . I think he’s done a great job of adjusting. Not so sure about the old folks. 🙂
He really is an amazing little dog. He still hasn’t had any accidents in the house. When we got Oscar, we had the carpet all blocked off and he could only come on the carpet after he’d just been outside to the bathroom. We take him on a leash so we knew when he had and hadn’t done his business. We let Cooper play on the carpet a lot more but we take him out really often and so far, no accidents in the house. Both Cooper and Oscar go into their respective crates when we leave the room. It helps that we got Cooper in a warm October and we got Oscar in a cold, icy February.
We’re doing good! We’re all happy with the new baby!

You picked the right puppy for sure! Once Cooper is a bit older (and housebroken), you will have more time to stitch! It should get easier and easier taking care of them, too!

I think we did get the right puppy and we were lucky.
